S & S is committed to provide a complete construction project management for all types of Building Construction by practicing a good code of ethics and professionalism through understandings of Project Management Guidelines rendered by Project Management Institute of America. Shamsher & Saad are two professionals who has started their career in two different era. Former one inherited wood craft man who experience expanded almost 2 decades. He along with his brother were taught by the their Father Mr. Safdar Raza, who is not only a good human being but also a man of his word and ethics. With an experience expanding more than 5 decade he has enabled his sons to be a man of perfection and professional. The inherited experience made Mr. Shamsher Ali a professional who has ability to think out of the box solutions in the field of construction projects. During his professional Career, he was engaged into multiple Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Health Care Projects. His list of Projects are as Follow:

On the other hands, Mr. M Saad Arif Sindhu is a graduated Architectural Engineer from UET Lahore in year 2014 with fully funded scholarship and done his Masters in Project Management in 2019. Since his first class of Bachelors, he has been aiming to become a professional who can handle tough projects by analyzing the Projects Risks and preparing the responses throughout the project life cycle. Since his intake back in year 2010 in one of the renowned and oldest engineering university of Pakistan UET Lahore, he has engaged himself in multiple Government and Private Internships program such as Walled City Lahore Authority Package-I (Delhi Gate to Porani Chowk Kotwali) and HBL Branch renovations by Development Design Associates. After completing Bachelors in Architectural Engineering he joined a leading Architectural Firm Saad & Rashid Designworks (SRDW) from April 01, 2014 till September 30, 2020 as a full-time employee started in as Project Engineer and then promoted to Project Manager in December 2017 by leading the Construction Project Management Wing of the Company till September 2020. During the Stay at SRDW, He has completed number of Residential, Commercial, Corporate Offices, Retail Outlets, Banking and Apartment Building.

After staying for six and Half Years at SRDW and leading the construction projects, he has joined Nishat Chunian Group for one of toughest project in town, Saleem Memorial Trust Hospital by aiming to complete the Health Care Project through hands on experience. In less than a year through his experience and training to remain calm on critical stages of the project, he has not only completed the project in less than a year but also met the expectations of largest Donor of the project.
